Deposit Policy
Your security deposit is collected upfront with your rental fee. When totes are returned in good condition, your full deposit is refunded within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Surface scuffs, scratches, or fading
- Minor dirt or residue removed during sanitation
- Sticker residue
- Any crack, split, or puncture in the body, base, or lid
- Deformation preventing flat sitting or level stacking
- Deformation preventing nesting with identical totes
- Missing, broken, or non-latching lid
- Lost / not returned
Replacement charges apply per tote, not per package — 3 missing totes is $75 regardless of which package you booked.
Loss & Damage — Dollies
Dollies are inspected at pickup. Normal wear carries no charge.
A dolly is considered damaged beyond use if the frame is bent or cracked, any wheel is missing or no longer rolls freely, or the dolly can no longer safely support a full stack of totes.
Lost or damaged dollies are charged at $85 per unit to the card on file at time of collection.
